The child

1) looks at the picture

2) says the word

3) segments the sounds

4) chooses the spelling tile for each sound to spell it

5) blends the sounds in the word

6) flips the card to check their spelling accuracy.

 

PLEASE throw out the 96th card as show in the final product photo. That “dam” card is incorrect.
