We created these for a custom order for a school using CKLA (Core Knowledge Language Arts) and we made too many. Our mistake turns into a fabulous deal for those who use Core Knowledge Language Arts Curriculum or want to modify these to match your scope and sequence.

We need the warehouse space and your students need these magnetic literacy kits.

Each pack includes Two boards separately shrink wrapped and Two sets of 40 grapheme magnet tiles packed in one pack to divide up between the two boards.

These kindergarten magnet tiles omit the “ph” grapheme intentionally and include the “ee”, “oo” and push the TWO sounds of “q” and “u” onto one tile as taught in the Core Knowledge curriculum.

Teachers should encourage students to listen for the TWO sounds represented by “qu”: /k/ and /w/ in words like quit, squid, square, quiet and quickly.
